Paul Picot SA, headquartered in Le Noirmont (Jura – Switzerland)was founded in 1976. At that time, Mario Boiocchi, an entrepreneur with vision, recognized the pressing need to revive the spirit of the art of watchmaking. He believed in the success of a company, which manufactured watches of outstanding quality, combining old tradition with the latest technology. From the beginning, the entrepreneur devoted himself to watches incorporating grand complications. Thus, Paul Picot SA was born in 1976 as one of the youngest high-range watch brands.
Since its inception in 1976, the overriding objective of Société des Montres Paul Picot S.A. has been to cultivate and develop the art of Swiss fine luxury watchmaking. In a spirit of respect for watchmaking traditions, associated with new technologies, Paul Picot develops and manufactures exceptional timepieces. Paul Picot products are typified by meticulous attention to detail and refined design; some incorporate grand complications and all satisfy the highest quality standards.
Today, the name of Paul Picot evokes a company which has remained true to its principles by creating and manufacturing individual timepieces, of great precision and extreme technical complexity, equipped with high quality mechanical movements housed in elegant cases.
A typical combination of design and luxury is what makes Paul Picot an unclassifiable brand in luxury watchmaking. Created with pure passion these luxury timepieces are a must have for every passionate watch collector.
Most Paul Picot watch self-winding movements can be wound properly by most watch winders. If you could not find your watch model (or caliber) in this table, you may determine your Paul Picot. winding mode on a trial basis. You should select the combined winding mode (CW+CCW) and the minimal number of turns per day (TPD). Then place your watch into the watch winder box and check after a few days how accurate your watch shows the time. If it runs behind, it is necessary to increase the number of TPD by one step.
