The Quentin that was introduced in 2006 utilized seven barrels, a vertical tourbillon that was viewed through a side window and featured a global map laid out in diamonds. Besides being breathtaking, the timepiece won a number of awards and opened the door to the world for Jacob & Co.

With each year that followed the brand worked with a number of great ambassadors and continued to defy the common timepiece designs. In 2013 the Epic SF24 was unveiled and presented a mechanical watch that premiered 24 time zones, and a split flap display to show each destination. The timepiece that followed, the Astronomia Tourbillon, took on a new dimension for the brand and featured a triaxial tourbillon with a fiery oscillator sitting at the center in representation of the sun, while the moon was depicted as a diamond. This luxury timepiece certainly propelled Jacob & Co. upward and they continued to be innovative and creative in their quest for excellence.
