Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that our dear customers could enjoy a happy shopping in Roroos. If you really meet some problems, we are glad to help you. Please read the steps below carefully.

Please note:

  • The return or exchange must be initiated within 45 days upon purchase the items. It generally will take 1 - 10 business days to get your refund.
  • Shipping fees, rush order fees will not be refunded. And we do not take the responsibility for return and exchange shipping fees.
  • We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us soon.
  • The refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us. The actual price will be affected by the discount or promotion, coupon code, Roroos points and so on you have applied at the time when you purchased.

How to return & exchange

  • The products must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Send an email to [email protected] to state the product(s) and the reason you wish to return or exchange(including photos or videos which show the damaged or defective products).
  • Once your return request is approved, you can send the product(s) to our address for return. Please do not return the product without the consent of our customer service staff.
  • Return the parcel. And We recommend you to take out insurance and keep your shipping receipt until your return request has been processed. Roroos is not responsible for loss or damage of the package in transit. When received the returned package, we will checked the package’s conditions.
  • Once confirmed, our customer service will deal with it for you.

Return & exchange conditions

  • The returned product(s) must be in good condition and unwashed with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned product(s) with abrasion, damage or change in any way.
  • The accessories are not broken, bent, or damaged and take a photo of the item before shipping it.
  • If the item has been damaged during the shipment, we will ask you to provide the photo to confirm whether the shipping company will take the responsibility or not.
  • Please understand that our products are made-to-order, in order to reduce environmental waste and waste of resources, we do not suggest “buy-many-keep-one” order.

Damaged or defective items

If your product is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Missing or incorrect Items

If you find a part is missing in the packaging or the item you receive is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund.

Items not as described

If you receive the item that doesn’t match the description in the website, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. Please kindly note that there will be a slight color difference due to different monitors and we do not accept item returns for this.

NOT eligible for returns & exchanges

  • Returns are acceptable within 45 days of your purchase being postmarked and delivered. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange the product(s) for you If there are more than 45 days from the start of delivery.
  • The following product(s) cannot be returned, refunded or replaced:Customs clearance product(s)、customized product(s)、monogrammed product(s).
  • The returned product(s) must be in good condition and unwashed with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned product(s) with abrasion, damage or change in any way.
  • We do not accept returns that you send directly to us without our confirmation(Notice:Please make sure you send the package to our agreed shipping address. Otherwise, it will affect the processing of tax returns.)
  • We don’t accept unconditional returns, Such as any form of dislike after receiving the product(s), unsatisfaction with the material of the product(s), mismatching with your watch(es), the watch winder box does not contain the watch shown in the picture, fill in the wrong shipping address and the item have begun to be delivered, etc.

Exchange Policy

When received your returned items, we will check the condition of the items and make sure they are eligible for an exchange. Once checked and confirmed, we will arrange the exchange as requested as soon as possible. If you need fast-exchanging, please contact us. Extra shipping fees may be charged for shipping services.

WARRANTY

  • Our watch winder is warranted for 18 months against any defect in manufacturing and material, starting from the date of original purchase, which is only valid against presentation of the proof of purchase or valid receipt.
  • This warranty shall not apply to the damages caused by:

    (a) The product normal wear, such as increased noise, cuts, scratches, stains, etc;

    (b) Improper usage of the product, such as impact, shock, unauthorized intrusion into the product, ect;

    (c) Usage in an unsuitable environment, such as moisture, water, vibrations, excessive heat and other damaged elemental;

    (d) Any lack of care, accidents and abuse;

    (e) Be altered without the official authorization buy us.

  • Our is not responsible for any loss or damage due to the purchase, use or inability to use the product, or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
